Panning to feature geometry

Available with Data Reviewer license.

There are several ways to view individual records in the Reviewer table. With the Pan To Feature Geometry command, the map extent is adjusted so the feature appears in the center of the map, but the scale does not change and the feature is not selected.

Note:

The pan functionality cannot be used with all records. For example, records found using the Invalid Geometry check cannot be located based on geometry.

  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Data Reviewer.
  3. Start a Reviewer session in one of the following:
    • A file, personal, or SQL Server Express geodatabase
    • An enterprise geodatabase
    • An existing Reviewer workspace
  4. Click the Reviewer Table button Reviewer Table on the Data Reviewer toolbar.
  5. Right-click a record in the Reviewer table and click Pan To Feature Geometry.

The map display changes so the Reviewer geometry is visible but not selected.
