Deleting specifications

Available with Production Mapping license.

You can remove the specifications from your database as older versions become obsolete.

  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Production Cartography.
  3. Click the Visual Specifications button Visual Specifications on the Production Symbology toolbar.

    The Visual Specifications dialog box appears.

  4. Choose the specification you want to delete in the specifications table.
  5. Click Options > Delete Specification.
  6. Click OK.

    Tip:

    You can also delete specifications by right-clicking in the specifications table.
