You can delete a linear referencing system (LRS) by right-clicking it in ArcCatalog and clicking Delete.
You cannot delete an LRS that has LRS Networks associated with it. You must first delete all the networks.
- Start ArcMap and open the Catalog window.
- Browse to the folder location of the geodatabase with the LRS you want to delete.
- Expand the LRS to see if it contains LRS Networks.
- If LRS Networks exist, right-click each one and click Delete.
This operation will remove the registered LRS Network node within the LRS and the corresponding <Network Name> feature class from the geodatabase.
- If LRS Networks exist, right-click each one and click Delete.
- Right-click the LRS and click Delete.
