Editing a schematic dataset

Prerequisite:

A schematic dataset created with the pre-10 Schematics extension can be opened within Schematic Dataset Editor, but no modifications can be made to it. A pre-10 schematic dataset must be migrated into a new schematic dataset before being edited in Schematic Dataset Editor.

Learn about Schematic Dataset Editor

  1. Start ArcCatalog.
  2. Right-click the schematic dataset you want to edit in the Catalog tree.
  3. Click Edit Schematic Dataset icon Edit.

    The Schematic Dataset Editor launches and your schematic dataset configuration parameters are displayed.
