Viewing raster statistics in ArcMap, ArcScene, or ArcGlobe
The statistics for any raster dataset or mosaic dataset can be viewed on the Layer Properties dialog box. Optionally, you can access the properties via the Catalog window.
- Right-click the raster dataset or mosaic dataset layer in the table of contents and click Properties.
- Click the Source tab.
- Scroll to the Statistics section.

The statistics for any raster dataset or mosaic dataset can be viewed on the Properties dialog box.
- Right-click the raster dataset or mosaic dataset and click Properties.
- If accessing a mosaic dataset's statistics, click the General tab.
- Expand Statistics on the Raster Dataset Properties or Mosaic Dataset Properties dialog box.
