A layer in your map displays utility network flow direction. This is not supported by the map service.
Solutions
- Do nothing. The network flow direction symbol will be dropped from the service.
- Alternatively, you can remove the symbol.

Map services do not support the display of utility network flow direction arrows. You can still publish the map; however, the symbolized flow will not draw in the map service.
