24053: Locators in personal geodatabase will be copied to the server

  • Solution
  • More Information

If the locator you want to publish is stored in a personal geodatabase workspace, and the database is registered in the data store, the locator will be copied to the server when you publish it as a geocode service.

To learn more about managing service data in a server, see Copying data to the server automatically when publishing and Making your data accessible to ArcGIS Server.

Solution

You may copy the locator to a file folder or a file geodatabase and register it as a data store prior to publishing the locator.

More Information

Publishing a locator from a personal geodatabase data store is not supported. It is recommended to publish a locator from a file folder or a file geodatabase.
