Advanced Huff Model	Creates a probability surface to predict the sales potential of an area based on distance and attractiveness factors.
Huff Model Calibration by Real Data	Statistically calibrates the Huff Model using observed customer data for each store location in the study area.
Huff Model Calibration by Survey Data	Statistically calibrates the Huff Model using survey data for each store location in the study area.
