Parameters
Color [out, retval]

  Color is a parameter of type IColor
Color [in]

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Controls the Background color of the bitmap image or emf file. Any IColor supporting object may be used.
