IScaleFormat.CustomFormat Property

A string defining the scale format. Embed XML tokens where scale values should go, i.e., <SCA a=''Attribute''>. Possible attributes: Scale, Separator, PageUnitValue, PageUnits, EqualsText, MapUnits.
