Flags for Display Caching.

Constant Value Description
esriDisplayCacheNoFlags 0 No flags.
esriDisplayCacheRequiresBackground 1 Cache must be initialized with background drawing so that effects such as alpha blending and anti aliasing can be drawn in cache.
esriDisplayCachePrivate 2 Cache is being managed by third party.
