Remarks

A CircleElement is a type of FillShapeElement that supports circles. Use this object when you want to create and manipulate circle graphics on the map.

Geometry: CircleElement accepts geometry of type esriGeometryEnvelope or esriGeometryPolygon.  If an envelope is passed it, it is converted to a Polygon internally.  Since this element type is used to represent a circle, the geometry typically consists of a Polygon constructed from CircularArc segment.
