Returns the network dataset data element specified by the given geoprocessing value object.

  Value is a parameter of type IGPValue*

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server. Requires Network Analyst Extension.

Remarks

DecodeDENetwork takes in a GPValue and queries a DENetworkDataset from it.
