Tools that can be used to retrieve the cursor coordinates as the user clicks on the map or globe.
The CLSID of this command is: {30DBCBEF-951E-4904-89DE-5A5F1AF571EE}.
This command works with the ToolbarControl, PageLayoutControl, MapControl, GlobeControl, ArcMap and ArcGlobe.
