Active Network Dataset Layer.
The CLSID of this Command is: {AF25602A-3894-4DFC-B55A-04D41CFFE290}.
This command works with the ToolbarControl, PageLayoutControl, and MapControl.
This command requires a Network Analyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this command must check out a Network Analyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
