OD Cost Matrix Analysis.
The CLSID of this Command is: {4219684F-31E7-42B2-8389-B1C25C2515A3}.
This command works with the ToolbarControl, PageLayoutControl, and MapControl.
This command requires a Network Analyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this command must check out a Network Analyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
