Summary
Exports a Territory Database and Alignment Layer records to an external feature class.
Exporting a territory alignment layer is helpful, especially if you have joined attributes from another database.
Usage
The Feature class must be one of following types: shape file (SHP), Personal Geo database (MDB), Geo database (GDB)
Syntax
arcpy.td.ExportDataAndTerritories(in_territory_solution_layer, out_features, {in_fields}, {in_geometry_type})
Parameter | Explanation | Data Type |
in_territory_solution_layer | The Territory Solution layer whose data is to be exported. | GP TD Layer |
out_features | The type of Feature Class to which the Territories are exported. | Feature Class |
in_fields (Optional) | The Fields to export. | GP Value Table |
in_geometry_type (Optional) | The Geometry type of the features that are to be exported. It should be specified for point-based Alignment Layers
