Now that you have created customer profiles and target groups, you are ready to create reports, maps, and charts that will allow you to better understand and market to customers. The segmentation reports, maps, and charts are the keys to unlocking the information stored in your customer data.
Most reports, maps, and charts require a target profile and base profile in addition to a target group. If you have not predefined a target group, you will need to choose thresholds to define your best customers. See Create target group from a chart for more information.
