Understanding how to display a graph

After creating a graph, it will be automatically displayed in a separate window in your ArcGIS Desktop application. If you have closed the graph window, you can easily reopen it by clicking the View menu, pointing to Graphs, then clicking the graph you want to open from the list. Another way to open a graph is to open the Graph Manager and double-click the graph.

Graphs can be dynamic and get updated automatically as you change the selected set of features in a layer. See Updating graphs with selections for more details on how graphs interact with selections.

If needed, a graph can be added as an element to a layout. To explore this topic, view About working with graphs in the layout view.

Note:

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can use it to vertically scroll a graph.
