Mosaic Dataset Analyzer: Warning 71104

Warning

The maximum allowed mosaic request size is too small.

Description

The mosaic dataset properties has its maximum allowed mosaic request size set very small. If a request to see more pixels is made, the request will fail and no imagery will display.

Solution

In the mosaic dataset properties, edit the Maximum Size of Request to be larger than 2000 rows by 2000 columns.

Generally, your users will be viewing the mosaic dataset on a reasonably sized computer monitor or mobile device; therefore, the default values are acceptable. Large request sizes are generally only needed if the user is printing very large, high-resolution plots. However, by making these numbers too small, no image may display. For example, if you changed the numbers to 10, then the display window could only be 10 pixels in dimension or smaller to display an image.
